5、emeaffectedbyexternalsystemsofsocialganizationsocialvaluesoftheimpactofsocialpoliciessuchasgenderblindpolicies，secularprejudicesgenderstereotypesothersocialfactsresultinginmigrationoffemaleprincipalsinthe“insider““outsid

6、er“perplexities.Asaresultitisnecessarytoprobeintotherelativestrategiestopromotefemaleprincipalsmaturity.Thustheycanovercomethebarriersbetweenthetraditionalfaiththesituationsofprincipals.Thesestrategiesalsocanpromotetheir

7、abilitiesstrengthentheirprofessionalconfidenceimprovetheiradministrationstyles.Thesestrategiesmainlyinclude：FirstlyGovernmentshouldoptimizetheexternalenvironmentfthegrowthoffemaleleaders；Secondlyspecialinstitutionsshould

8、bededicatedtofemalehumanresourcesdevelopmentmanagementitstrainingcoursesshouldbearrangedfromtheperspectiveoffemaleThirdlyrelevantlawspoliciesensuringtheproptionofwomeninvariousdepartmentsshouldbemadeFourthlyIntheretireds
