2、水平是衡量社區(qū)文明程度的重要標志，是社區(qū)建設的關鍵和核心。“村改居”是我國現(xiàn)行城鄉(xiāng)二元體制下,加快城鎮(zhèn)化的一個重要手段。隨著“村改居”改進的推進，東莞市“村改居”基本完成，發(fā)展“村改居”社區(qū)服務是實現(xiàn)這一目標的有效途徑。當前，社區(qū)服務的研究很多都只是針對大城市成熟社區(qū)，關于“村改居”社區(qū)服務的研究卻很少?！按迳鐓^(qū)”發(fā)展為“現(xiàn)代文明社區(qū)”，發(fā)展社區(qū)服務是必然的，而社區(qū)服務的需求與供給又是社區(qū)工作的基礎，從社區(qū)服務的供需出發(fā)，才能更好地做好

5、s with the development of “The village changed” community service as its method to achieve this g</p><p>　　本文選取了專家學者對“村改居”社區(qū)研究的空白點——社區(qū)服務為切入點進行研究，通過文獻研究、訪談、問卷調(diào)查的方式對東莞市東城區(qū)溫塘村社區(qū)服務的供需情況進行了研究，本研究以社會工作的視角進行個案分析，力

9、下需求類別的調(diào)查：困難家庭服務需求、老年人服務需求、青少年服務需求、殘障人士服務需求、社區(qū)普通居民服務需求。然后結(jié)合當?shù)氐膶嶋H供給情況進行供給狀況分析。根據(jù)上述兩部分分析社區(qū)服務需求與社區(qū)服務供給存在的問題，進而分析社區(qū)服務供需存在問題的原因。最后從“村改居”社區(qū)服務的需求入手，提出推動“村改居”社區(qū)服務發(fā)展的對策與建議。</p><p>　　Based on the empirical research, th
