1、論文題目：礦建工程項目風(fēng)險管理研究專 業(yè)：工商管理碩士碩 士 生：李利峰 （簽名）指導(dǎo)教師：李文琴 （簽名）摘 要煤礦安全是我國安全生產(chǎn)工作的重中之重， 礦建工程項目安全風(fēng)險管理體系是煤礦安全建設(shè)的根本保障。近幾年來隨著煤礦建設(shè)規(guī)模的日益增大，礦井建設(shè)的復(fù)雜性不斷增強，面臨的風(fēng)險日益加大。面對日益嚴(yán)峻的煤礦安全生產(chǎn)形勢，盡管理論界與實務(wù)界從技術(shù)、管理、經(jīng)濟等多角度開展了對煤礦安全生產(chǎn)管理的研究，也取得了一些研究成果，但礦建工程安全風(fēng)險管

2、理體系還不夠完善。針對礦建工程項目安全風(fēng)險的特點，對礦建工程項目安全風(fēng)險管理進行系統(tǒng)研究，包括對礦建工程項目風(fēng)險、風(fēng)險管理的概念、風(fēng)險管理的起源以及風(fēng)險三要素進行了闡述，指出現(xiàn)代化礦井的建設(shè)仍然受瓦斯、地壓、突水、煤塵、頂板、機械等災(zāi)害的嚴(yán)重威脅；指出礦建工程風(fēng)險存在長期性、復(fù)雜性、危害性、動態(tài)變化性的特點；指出礦建工程風(fēng)險管理需對施工組織管理、對工程實體管理、對施工單位及監(jiān)理單位管理、對施工人員職業(yè)健康等方面進行協(xié)調(diào)管控。從一個系統(tǒng)的

3、載體“人、機、環(huán)”三方面進行了礦建工程建設(shè)中包含危險源辨識的內(nèi)容和辨識的方法進行了統(tǒng)計分析；從危險因素的分類，礦建工程安全風(fēng)險的分析方法、步驟，風(fēng)險評價的方法、步驟等方面進行了研究；從礦建工程項目安全風(fēng)險控制技術(shù)、安全風(fēng)險控制策劃、安全風(fēng)險評估應(yīng)用、安全風(fēng)險控制監(jiān)測及預(yù)警等方面進行了研究。最后，結(jié)合郭家灣煤礦礦建工程實例，通過邀請專家考評，應(yīng)用風(fēng)險矩陣評價法，對其存在風(fēng)險進行等級實例評估。通過對礦建工程安全風(fēng)險管理的研究，不僅可以豐富礦
